OUR PROCESS
We inform their availability and salary expectations, then you need to pay us placement registration fee, then we setup face to face meeting with the service provider. If none of them are available to connect / meet, placement registration fee will be refunded. Post meet, if the first one doesn’t work out, you can choose another one.
(Kannada): ಅವರ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಳದ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಾವು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಂತರ ನೀವು ಪ್ಲೇಸ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಆ ಬಳಿಕ ನಾವು ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿ ಭೇಟಿಯನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಪ್ಲೇಸ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಭೇಟಿಯ ನಂತರ ಮೊದಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ, ನೀವು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.

PERMANENT hiring:
Hiring in charge can convert him / her as their permanent employee, and can make salary payment directly to the service provider, thereafter no free replacement available from our side, you need to pay us placement registration fee again.
(Kannada): ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಬಹುದು ಹಾಗೂ ನಂತರದಿಂದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಸೇವಾ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅದರ ನಂತರ ನಮ್ಮ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಉಚಿತ ಬದಲಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೊಸ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ನೀವು ಮತ್ತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ಲೇಸ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
REPLACEMENT service:
The hiring in charge should keep transferring every month salary / payment of service provider to our bank account and their monthly deductible amount is five hundred rupees + GST(18%). Salary / payment of service provider’s varies depending on their level of experience.
(Kannada): (ರಿಪ್ಲೇಸೆಮೆಂಟ್ ಬದಲಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಬೇಕಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ) ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು ಸೇವಾ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರ ಮಾಸಿಕ ವೇತನ/ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತೀ ತಿಂಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ₹500 ಹಾಗೂ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವ ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ (18%) ಅನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸೇವಾ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರ ವೇತನ/ಪಾವತಿ ಅವರ ಅನುಭವದ ಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
