OUR PROCESS
We will introduce you to a candidate within 1 or 2 days of registering with us for the service. If none of them are available to introduce, placement registration fee will be refunded. Post meet, if the first one doesn’t work out, you can choose another one.
(Kannada): ನಾವು ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿದ 1 ಅಥವಾ 2 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಪ್ಲೇಸ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಭೇಟಿಯ ನಂತರ ಮೊದಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ, ನೀವು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
If neither candidate is suitable, we will introduce other candidates or introduce a newly registered candidate in the coming days. If you obtain the candidate’s contact number from us, the registration fee will not be refunded. However, we will provide a replacement candidate.
(Kannada) ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮುಂಬರುವ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಆದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ನಮ್ಮಿಂದ ನೀವು ತೆಗೊಂಡರೆ ಹಣ ವಾಪಸಾತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಬದಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.
Job work: Baby care service salary expectations : 20 thousand rupees from 9am to 6pm from monday to saturday. Registration fee: 15,000Rs with replacement support.
Job work(part time): Home cook service – breakfast, lunch and evening snacks and dosa / idly batter preparation. Salary expectations: 20k/15k for 2.5/1.5 hours work for 4/2 members from monday to saturday. Registration fee: 15thousand rupees with replacement support
Job work(part time): a. Helper (bathing and dressing), home yoga training, home rekhi healing for Male or Female. b. New born baby care (post natal service). Salary expectations: 15k for 1.5 hours work from monday to saturday. Registration fee: 5thousand rupees with replacement support
(Kannada): ಅ. ಪುರುಷರು ಅಥವಾ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಅರೆಕಾಲಿಕ ಸಹಾಯಕರು (ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಬಟ್ಟೆ ತೊಡಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು), ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದು ಯೋಗಾಸನ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದು, ರೇಖಿ ಹೀಲಿಂಗ್ ಕೊಡುವುದು. ಆ. ನವಜಾತ ಶಿಶುಗಳ ಆರೈಕೆ (ಹೆರಿಗೆಯ ನಂತರದ ಆರೈಕೆ / ಪೋಸ್ಟ್‌ನಾಟಲ್ ಸೇವೆ), ಸಂಬಳದ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ: ಸೋಮವಾರದಿಂದ ಶನಿವಾರದವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ 1.5 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ₹15,000. ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ: ₹5000 ಬದಲಿ ಸೇವಾದಾರರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ.
Job work: (24hrs live-in): Elder care companion service / elderly patient care salary expectations : 25k/30k rupees. Registration fee: 25k rupees with replacement support.

PERMANENT hiring:
Hiring in charge can convert him / her as their permanent employee, and can make salary payment directly to the service provider, thereafter no free replacement available from our side, you need to pay us placement registration fee again.
(Kannada): ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಬಹುದು ಹಾಗೂ ನಂತರದಿಂದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಸೇವಾ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅದರ ನಂತರ ನಮ್ಮ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಉಚಿತ ಬದಲಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೊಸ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ನೀವು ಮತ್ತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ಲೇಸ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
REPLACEMENT service:
The hiring in charge should keep transferring every month salary / payment of service provider to our bank account and their monthly deductible amount is five hundred rupees + GST(18%). Salary / payment of service provider’s varies depending on their level of experience.
(Kannada): (ರಿಪ್ಲೇಸೆಮೆಂಟ್ ಬದಲಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಬೇಕಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ) ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು ಸೇವಾ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರ ಮಾಸಿಕ ವೇತನ/ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತೀ ತಿಂಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ₹500 ಹಾಗೂ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವ ಜಿಎಸ್‌ಟಿ (18%) ಅನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸೇವಾ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರ ವೇತನ/ಪಾವತಿ ಅವರ ಅನುಭವದ ಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
